PC is a personal computer of a certain persuasion who is, unfortunately, not a Mac. As such he is regrettably inferior, but in a clearly superior way. Appearance-wise, he is either a sandy haired, round faced, pleasant man in his mid-thirties who would bear a striking resemblance to Former Professional Literary Agent, John Hodgman, except that Mr. Hodgman is, according to his book, "...very thin and good-looking..." (p 223), or the boxy gray thing you are reading this on, right now (depending on circumstances).
